libcache-fastmmap-perl software package provides Perl module providing a mmaped cache, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcache-fastmmap-perl
libcache-fastmmap-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcache-fastmmap-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcache-fastmmap-perl *
You will get with libcache-fastmmap-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
